Autumn Orchard Week
We had a fantastic week exploring the orchard and using the outdoors to support our learning.
In maths we used natural objects to create number sentences using greater then, less than and equal signs. It really helped us to consolidate our learning and we could all read the number sentences confidently.
We enjoyed reading the story 'Not a Stick' and each found a stick to use to create our own stick models. We let our imagination run wild and created wands, rockets, werewolves, princesses and even a shark!
We completed our week by creating beautiful collages using natural objects. Take a look through our photographs below to see all of our hard work.
